Fractional-Order PID Controller (FOPID)-Based Iterative Learning Control for a Nonlinear Boiler System

For the boiler-turbine unit in power systems, a coordinated control structure plays crucial role maintaining balance supply and demand of energy, reducing pollutant emissions optimizing energy efficiency. The matching requirements turbine boiler, wide range load changes, cooperative operation many devices system pose challenges to designing for boiler system, thus making design difficult task. In this paper, iterative learning (ILC) is used maintain throttle pressure megawatt output at desired set points by controlling hybrid pattern structure. Simulation results show that proposed approach can points, response also be obtained faster using compared ones available literature.
